// Provider
UNYTE ECOSYSTEM OÜ is a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17470023), located at Karu tn 14-8, 10120 Tallinn, Estonia. We operate the UNYTE platform — institutional infrastructure for agentic software projects.
// What UNYTE provides
UNYTE provides shared institutional infrastructure: a legal entity, payment processing via Stripe Connect, revenue-sharing mechanics, shared API access, and operational services that allow creators to build and monetize agentic software projects without forming their own companies.
The platform is currently in Phase One — an early-access, invite-only stage. Features, pricing, and mechanics may evolve as the system is tested with real projects and real revenue.
// Revenue Rights
Revenue Rights are contractual revenue-sharing arrangements tracked by the UNYTE Ledger. They represent a fractional, perpetual claim on a project's revenue flowing through the platform. They are not equity, tokens, securities, or investment instruments.
Revenue Rights can be earned through capital contribution or work contribution. Their terms are set by founding creators and recorded digitally. UNYTE enforces the splits automatically through the payment infrastructure.
// Utility Fee
UNYTE charges a variable utility fee on revenue flowing through the system. This fee covers shared infrastructure costs — legal entity maintenance, payment processing, API access, hosting, and operational overhead.
The fee is active only while a project uses the platform. If a project detaches from UNYTE, the utility fee stops.
// Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content, operation, and legality of your own projects. UNYTE provides infrastructure, not oversight. You ensure your project complies with applicable laws, does not infringe on others' rights, and does not harm users.
You retain ownership of your project's intellectual property. UNYTE claims no ownership over the products you build on the platform.
// Changes and discontinuation
UNYTE may modify, update, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. We will communicate material changes via email or through the platform dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We aim to build infrastructure you can rely on, but Phase One is explicitly an experimental stage. The architecture is production-ready at small scale — but the system is being proven, not promised.
// Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
